Good news! Harriet's test results came back, and it seems to have been just a mass! So she is fine, praise God! I know she appreciates so much how she has had so many of you all praying for her.
I should also report that the power cord for my computer has had enough of Uganda and has decided to take an unexpected holiday from work. Or it has just died. Either way, my computer can't work until the cord does, or until I get a replacement. This is the reason I haven't sent out a new email update yet this month. I hope to either revive my cord or get a new one soon - in the meantime, if any of you would like to receive a monthly email update from me just send me an email at jennifer.wilmore@gmail.com.
In other news, I have seen my stork friend (if it can really be called that) twice in the past week. Yes, the very one. I know it was the one because it has a nest in the tree above the spot where the blessed event occurred. So far, the charm seems to have worked, as I have not had another poop incident. I do, however, think I was spit on yesterday. Ha.
And finally, I have been praying about getting involved with a high school or college-aged discipleship group connected with a ministry called Bible Way. I feel like this is something God is leading me to, and I'm excited about the potential relationships I could form with young Ugandans. I have to admit, though, that it does make me a bit nervous, but I decided today to pursue it and see what happens. So I'll let you know what comes of that!
At work, we are continuing to work on our plans for the widows in Kaberamaido, and we are preparing for a church leader training there the week after April. I'm also working on a myriad of other things, but I won't go on for now. Thank you so much for your constant prayers, and I'll get some more photos up on here once I get my computer back to life!
